As a Sr Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of inside sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the companys sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership.

You will report directly to our sales Manager, and youll work out of our locations listed on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving revenue growth, contributing to the companys financial success, and strengthening its market position. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the companys growth and competitiveness in the market. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Act on opportunities, support product inquiries, address new or existing customer needs
  • Provide sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales performance improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership
  • Support marketing promotions and NPI launches
  • Manage channel partner programs

 

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 66k-95k.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 66k-95k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive eligible.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
