Tasks
The Sales Manager Americas is responsible for:
- Represent Swiss-AS in pre-sales activities and drive the full sales process from lead generation to closure
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities, positioning AMOS as a spanet leader in MRO software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to expand sales opportunities
- Conduct AMOS product presentations and follow-ups to secure new business
- Develop tailored sales strategies based on AMOS’ value proposition and customer needs
- Attend conferences and events to generate leads and expand Swiss-AS’ visibility
- Collaborate with spaneting to design targeted campaigns for the Americas spanet
- Support and grow the partner network via AMOShub
* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements
The ideal Sales Manager Americas should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance software, ideally AMOS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement
- Ability to manage sales activities efficiently and foster key relationships
- Strong internal communication to ensure visibility of opportunities
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English speaker; must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US
- Willing to travel at least 50 of the time
