Summary:

Open and close the store

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

Respond to emails and customer communications

Process POS transactions and merchandise returns

Manage freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns

Organize stock room and prepare store inventory

Process customer orders and identify sales opportunities

Required Skills:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent

1+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
