TEL Staffing is hiring a MOTIVATED Inside Sales Rep / Account Manager in Mobile, AL for a 145 Repair Station, specializing in the repair and overhaul of pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, power generation, and lavatory components and accessories on various commercial and military platforms.
The Inside Sales rep is responsible for managing customer needs and orders throughout the repair process, including before, during, and after the work has been completed. The person will also be responsible for all communications with the customer on all aspects of their orders. The position will coordinate closely and become a facilitator for production and sales. The Inside Sales rep is responsible for the growth, health,h and profitability of their assigned accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Knowledge of the aviation industry and strong communication skills
- Read and interpret technical data and CMM's
- Understand all aspects of repairs and create repair orders, as needed
- Follow up on current work orders and manage expedites
- Know customer requirements and company policies and procedures
- Create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs, as needed by the department manager
- Work with and communicate with internal customers/personnel
- Enter data and create customer quotes
- Understand markups and margins
- Work the customers via email, phone, and in person
- Listen to the customer queries patiently and help solve issues
- Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
- Oversee assigned customer accounts and update their transaction status
- Maintain status reports for customers on a weekly basis
- Maintain a follow-up on the customer and ensure they are satisfied with the outcome
- Know and understand current and future in-house capabilities
- Other duties as assigned
