Capital Jets is actively seeking Lear 60 PICs & SICs. As we broaden our team, we are eager to connect with enthusiastic and well-qualified applicants situated throughout the United States.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts flight planning, reviews weather conditions at destination, en route, and at alternate airports.
• Calculates and reviews aircraft weight and balance, fuel planning, and performance data.
• Ensures pre-flight inspections are performed.
• Serves as Pilot in Command and Inflight Security Coordinator
• Complies with schedules and other directives governing aircraft operation.
• Supervises and directs the first officer.
• Coordinates and monitors the functions of all assigned crew members.
• Represents Capital Jets when dealing with executive clients and other charter operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3,000 hours TT, 1,000 Multi-Engine.
• Lear 60 Type Rating and at least 300 hours as a Lear 60 PIC.
• Prior experience as PIC for a Part 135 operation.
• LR60 experience a plus for applicable SIC candidates.
• Current passport

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
• First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Current Instrument Proficiency Check
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Excellent organization, time management, and customer relation attributes.
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs will be occasionally required
