Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Primary contact to internal and external customers for resolving issues, requests, claims processing and communications related to warranty. Liaison to Ramco developers for configuration of Warranty Management Business Process. Serve as single point of contact for training, troubleshooting, and resolving warranty issues for PAC.
Major Responsibilities:
· Communicate with external and internal customers on all matters pertaining to warranty.
· Handles most complex warranty claims, issues, requests.
· Manage ERP tables related to repair service life cycle, warranty terms, and fleet data.
· Provide single point of contact for Warranty Management and ERP system warranty module issues.
· Create/Manage databases and prepare accurate reports.
· Support ad hoc projects.
· Train, coach, advise team members and internal/external customers.
· Create/Manage work instructions, policies.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
· Demonstrated strength in ERP System configuration and administration.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite applications i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
· Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and a diverse range of organizations.
· Knowledgeable of databases and data manage process.
· Knowledgeable of aircraft maintenance and repair industry and IFE equipment.
· Proven experience using judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
· Ability to multi-task and independently perform in schedule-driven environment.
· Ability to use professional concepts and judgement; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
· Ability to work with minimal instruction on day-to-day task and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
The hourly wage range of $24.04 - $40.87 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to an individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements:
· Associates degree (business or technical field preferred).
· 4-6 years of experience in warranty administration.
· Experience using ERP system (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Ramco).
· Experience in Power BI, Tableau preferred.
Other Requirements:
· Ability to pick up returned parts in any PAC location as needed.
· Ability to travel 10 of the time to interface with Panasonic worldwide organization.
