Job DescriptionEssential responsibilities 

• Support coordination of LEAN activities and projects, including KAIZEN events.

• Assist in the procurement and management of indirect materials for the LEAN department.

• Aid in data collection, process mapping, and workstation adjustments.

• Support daily management meetings and prepare necessary materials.

• Monitor LEAN projects and assist in smaller initiatives.

• Procurement and management of LEAN materials.

• Provide support to a Plant Leader and Lean leader

• Other supporting or reporting activities

Basic Requirements 

• Student at a relevant university with availability for a short term engagement

• This role requires good interpersonal skills, accuracy and focus on details.

• Czech language is a must and English on communicative level

• Time flexibility- To ensure fast delivery, we need someone, who can give us some hours almost every day.

• Proven experience and interest in Lean.
