The Industrialization Engineer is the responsible for increasing the industrial capacity and maturity of the organization by leading and supporting new operational methods required for engine maintenance, strengthening processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement actions for existing methods: As trainee for the Methods Repairs area, you will provide support with the activities that are performed as part of this position.. Main responsibilities:• Support in the reception, registration, and tracking of tools within the area.• Assist in the validation of local tools for their proper introduction in production processes.• Support in internal campaigns to contributing to the decrease of requests to our area.• Assist in transfer of industrializations from our current shop, the new one.• ..
Job Requirements:

Required Technical Competencies:• Intermediate knowledge of Excel macros development.• Fluid level of English.• Basic knowledge of mechanical principles.• Basic knowledge of turbo fan engines.• Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization.Soft Skills:• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Teamwork and collaboration across different areas.• Organization and follow-up of activities.• Proactive attitude toward learning and process improvement.
