About the role:
Trade Compliance Vendor support entails dealing with vendors inquiries and providing a high quality of customer service. Main responsibility is coordination and collection of Long-Term Suppliers Declaration forms in the PH Connect Trade Compliance Module all over the Parker EMEA locations.
What are your responsibilities?
Coordinating and obtaining Long‑Term Supplier Declaration forms in the Trade Compliance PHConnect module across all Parker EMEA locations.
Contacting suppliers to complete the Long‑Term Supplier Declaration forms in PHConnect.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and local business units.
Ensuring data quality, monitoring completion status, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Secondary or higher education
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
