  • Balance functional delivery with scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements in partnership with engineers and architects
  • Act as a bridge between business processes and technical delivery, ensuring that legacy-modern integration challenges are well understood and addressed in backlog items
  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as availability, resilience, and monitoring are built into delivery
  • Support agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure squads deliver value consistently
  • Capture learnings from incidents and feed them into backlog improvements
  • Promote automation, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery to drive efficiency and reliability
Job Requirements:

  • Ability to manage technical debt and legacy system constraints while enabling platform evolution
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication
  • Strong requirements analysis skills, including capturing business needs, mapping processes, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements for customer and booking data
  • Experience creating and managing user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, and BA artefacts to support delivery
  • Experience within airline, travel, or large-scale eCommerce platforms is advantageous
