Provides instruction to trainees in compliance with the operations and training manuals and as directed by the respective line manager, ensuring instructions provided are within the limits of their specified qualification.

• Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.
• Conduct flight simulation sessions, including briefings and debriefings.
• Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when needed.
• Maintain training records, reports, and confidentiality.
• Ensure that the Airbus and Air Arabia procedures are implemented as required within the training programs.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors.
• Maintain valid licenses and certifications.
• Promote safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft.
• Have completed a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the 12 months preceding the application.
• Hold or have held an ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.
