You will be responsible for managing various HR operations,including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, andHR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensurecompliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs thatsupport our business objectives.

You will report directly to our HR ServicesDirector and youll work out of our Freeport, IL location.

In this role, you will have a significant impacton the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workculture, and supporting the development and retention of our talentedworkforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage employee relations, including handlingemployee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Support performance management processes,including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Partner with talent acquisition team to attractand select top talent for the organization
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures,and legal requirements
• Develop and implement HR programs andinitiatives to support business objectives
• Provide guidance and support to HR team memberson HR practices and regulations

The annual base salary range for this position is$82400 to $103200. Please note that this salary information serves as a generalguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control lawsand regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
