Description:
Will serve as the primary person for quoting, sourcing and scheduling of the GSE equipment. Needs to be able to assess what work needs to be done and schedule appropriate work needed. Will order parts and schedule work/transport of the unit.
Will be in contact with customers on a daily basis.
Quoting: needs to review the service requests, research accounts/manuals, and evaluate the issues.
Source: utilize the approved vendor list to purchase products and stock inventory.
Schedule: Balance the quicker jobs with the longer term jobs. Be able to coach technicians on the speed needed
