Responsibilities:

• Manage reservation requirements as decided by the FEMA representative.

• Receive phone calls and reservations, ensure that rooms are not double booked, and ensure that upon checkout guest rosters are updated and accurate availability is given to FEMA personnel.

• ecord and report daily occupancy list, available rooms, and no-show report.

• Daily occupancy list shall contain an entry for each occupant with a minimum of their name, phone number, email address, supervisor name, supervisor phone number, check-in date, and room number
