What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an agile environmentSolid understanding of agile practices, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversationsCuriosity-driven mindset — always asking “why” to uncover real needs and root causesAbility to manage competing priorities while keeping focus on customer valueProficiency with agile tools such as Agility (VersionOne), Jira, or similarCandidates for this position may have a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienceConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyIs at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
