Production Operative ROLE PROFILE

Morson are recruiting for production operatives based in Segensworth Industrial estate near Fareham.

The roles require the inputting of personally data into personalisation machines to print banking and payment cards for major banking groups. Please note all candidates will be required to be cleared . This includes a DBS check.

Duties:

• Operating of personalisation machines
• Quality inspection
• Vault operations and goods receiving/Shipping
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.
• You’ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities

Experience required

Highly flexible. Ideally you will have worked in a production or warehouse environment, although those with unrelated or limited work experience will be considered.

Shifts:

Times: Earlies and Lates rotated weekly 6am-1.30pm week 1 / 1.25pm-8.55pm week 2 (must be able to work both shifts )  - 37  hours per week

Rates of pay : 14.86 per hour plus 1.79 per hour holiday pay rising to 2.39 per hour after 12 weeks 

Overtime at time and ½ / Double time for bank holidays /discretionary.
