The Aviation Mechanic is responsible for conducting comprehensive aircraft component maintenance, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring all parts and systems meet rigorous aviation standards. • Perform detailed functional tests on aircraft components using specialized aviation test equipment
• Execute environmental testing procedures including vibration analysis and thermal assessments
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, coordinating with engineering teams when necessary
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft systems and components

• Install and maintain various aircraft components and systems
• Perform precise cable routing and mechanical assembly tasks
• Ensure proper installation and integration of all components
• Complete final assembly inspections and quality checks

• Maintain detailed maintenance records and testing documentation
• Follow strict aviation quality control procedures and compliance requirements
