Manufacturing Technician – Night Shift (4x10s) Charlotte, NC

Monday–Thursday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Temp to Perm Assignment
Training Required: Must train on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) for 2–3 months before moving to nights.
About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, experience operating manual machines, and the ability to safely move and inspect large components.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machining, mechanical, or heavy industrial backgrounds who are comfortable working with tools, equipment, and material handling systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manual machines (mills, grit blasting equipment, rollers)
Operate furnaces, airflow stands, spot welders, and other shop equipment
Use air tools such as grinders, air hammers, and polymer dispensers
Move product and equipment using fork trucks, cranes, and hand trucks
Perform inspections using micrometers, pie tape, depth gauges, and other measuring tools
Understand metal removal processes and impact on part reuse
Change blast/coating media (50-gallon barrels)
Maintain safety and quality standards
QualificationsMechanical aptitude and ability to pass hands-on skills assessment
Experience operating manual machines and industrial equipment
Ability to operate air tools and shop equipment
Willingness to obtain crane and fork truck certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors as needed
Able to wear a respirator (if required)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.75 per hour
