Tasks

Would you like to gain insight into the world of Compensation & Benefits and actively participate in exciting projects? In our Center of Expertise, you will support the team with analyses, processes and the creation of training and communication materials.

Your main tasks will include:

You support the Compensation & Benefits team in analyzing salary and benchspan data
You create and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations on compensation topics
You help with the preparation and implementation of salary and bonus processes
You research spanet trends and new developments in the field of Compensation & Benefits
You contribute to the creation of training and communication materials
You support administrative tasks and process optimization in the Center of Expertise (CoE)

Requirements

You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be attached to the application)
You have excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
You have analytical skills and an affinity for numbers and data
You have an interest in Compensation & Benefits and HR topics
Having already completed an internship in HR, finance or controlling is an advantage
You work in a structured, accurate and independent manner
You are fluent in German and English
You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria or the European Union
