What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or a related fieldMust be available for the duration of the internship programMust be enrolled in an accredited college or university while participating in the programAbility to present oneself professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadershipTeam-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement methodologiesStrong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointProficiency in basic data analyticsWillingness and ability to learn new skillsEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyIs at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
