Rates: 40.00/hr Umbrella 29.89/hr PAYE + holiday pay 
Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, early finish on Fridays) 

Morson is currently recruiting an Industrialisation and Integration Manager on behalf of our Aerospace manufacturing client for their facility in Belfast. 

As Industrialisation & Integration Manager, you will lead all aftermarket activities arising from the integration of a major aerostructures business into our client’s operations.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong engineering insight, cross-functional coordination, and the confidence to navigate a transforming environment. You will act as a key interface between multiple major stakeholders and provide the technical and industrial leadership needed to ensure seamless aftermarket support.

• Drive the successful industrialisation of aftermarket requirements with suppliers through strong leadership, coordination, and alignment of industrial functions

• Act as a central interface between multiple major aviation partners

• Provide technical expertise on design, materials & processes, tooling, supply chain issues, TOWs, and manufacturing challenges

• Support operations with spare parts, embodiment topics, and aftermarket readiness

• Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for procurement (CFT) to ensure effective fleet support

• Manage a portfolio of subjects autonomously while collaborating within a multicultural environment

• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation, Design, M&P, Repairs, or Supply Chain

• Proven experience in structural parts manufacturing

• Demonstrated leadership in professional or extracurricular environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Accuracy, resilience, and adaptability

• Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing your own workload

• Experience working across multiple customer interfaces

• A readiness to embrace an adventure—this role is new, dynamic, and evolving

• Aerospace or aircraft industry experience

• Background interfacing with complex OEM or Tier 1 environments

• Occasional travel expected

• Paid overtime available above 35 hours
