Position Summary
This position must deliver day-to-day tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware and software issues across office and production environments. This role will support PC refresh programs, AVI conference room equipment, and managing small IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware and software issues to end-users in both office and production settings, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in managing the yearly PC refresh program, including hardware procurement, deployment, and user support.
- Support and maintain AVI (audiovisual) conference room equipment, ensuring reliable functionality for meetings and presentations.
- Manage and coordinate small IT projects throughout the year, supporting various site-level initiatives.
- Utilize ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and issue resolution (vendor management experience preferred).

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of IT System experience.
- Advanced English.
- Experience providing IT hardware and software support.
- Experience supporting PC refresh cycles and audiovisual conference room equipment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar service desk software for incident and change management.
- Ability to provide tier 1 and tier 2 support in a fast-paced environment.
- Vendor management experience or exposure.
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
- Experience supporting production or lab environments.
