Morson are recruiting an HR Advisor to join our leading Broughton based aerospace client. The HR Advisor will support HR Business Partners by ensuring consistent application of HR policies and effective implementation of HR processes in line with local legislation and global HR strategy. This is a 6 month contract role, 2 days can be worked from home. The role is paying 21/hour PAYE or 27.78 per hour Umbrella.
Main Responsibilities
Support the HR team with deployment of HRBP campaigns and transactional HR activities.
Act as the focal point for mypulse (Workday) and SAP systems, updating employee lifecycle data and liaising with HR Analysts.
Organise and prepare reviews, ensuring timely and quality inputs from managers. -Analyse cross-country and cross-division HR data to identify trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
Monitor HR risks by analysing data on absenteeism, training completion, and time management. -Assist with talent management activities including well-being, succession planning, and development paths.
Skills
Strong IT and data analytics skills to enhance reporting and drive evidence-based actions
Previous HR experience in areas such as HR legal, payroll, HR analysis, digital, recruitment, or learning
Deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve business issues
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
Ability to negotiate, influence, and take initiative
Customer-oriented with a solution-focused approach
