OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS:
The Executive, Technical Projects is a key member of the Engineering team, responsible for supporting aircraft induction and redelivery programs, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. You will coordinate with internal departments, lessors, manufacturers, and vendors, ensuring that all technical documentation, contracts, and records are maintained and up-to-date. This role ensures operational excellence while safeguarding airworthiness and supporting the smooth execution of fleet projects.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Assist in managing aircraft induction and redelivery, including insurance, warranty, and maintenance reserve claims.
Support fleet induction programs to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness and operational standards prior to entry into service.
Assist in managing aircraft redelivery processes back to lessors or owners.
Participate in fleet monitoring programs, including physical inspections and technical records audits.
Coordinate efficiently with internal departments to ensure timely exchange of technical and operational information.
Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers to obtain necessary engineering data and technical support.
Ensure technical documents, contracts, lease agreements, and related records are maintained, organized, and up-to-date.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering relevant to the aviation industry (preferably BS Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering) or a CAAP-licensed Aviation Maintenance Technician.
At least two (2) years of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
Familiar with aircraft lease contracts and line maintenance agreements.
Knowledge of the latest Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR).
Familiarity with project management principles is an advantage.
Proficient in office productivity software and capable of maintaining and organizing technical files.
Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced airline environment.
