Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 42 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Carry out line maintenance on Company Aircraft under supervision of the Maintenance Planner / Production Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out work on special projects that are ongoing in YUL;
- Carry out repairs of parts on internal work orders;
- Assist day shift with departures when short staffed;
- Any other duties requested by Air Inuits Maintenance Planner / Production Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- A valid M2 license. Preference will be given to the candidate holding DHC6, B300, DHC8 and B737 200-800 endorsement(s);
- Have successfully completed the qualifying exam for AMO certification privileges;
- Be familiar with the appropriate parts of the MPM, MCM, aircraft operations specifications and maintenance manuals necessary for the performance of his/her duties;
- Applicant must be able to work autonomously and have good organizational skills;
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) including an airside driver’s permit.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Situated in Montreal, Quebec
- This position is day shift, Monday - Friday (37.5 Hrs)
- Work hours to be determined, possibility of a modified work week.
- Company work clothing provided
