The candidate will report functionally to the EHS Leader and operationally to the Lead EHS Specialist, requiring an in depth EHS knowledge and technical expertise promoting and maintaining a safe working environment and culture.
Key Activities
Provide EHS guidance and support to Production teams
Complete audits in accordance with the company and legislative requirements
Completing & reviewing risk assessments
Providing EHS support to the management of change process
Maintenance of relevant EHS documentation, procedures, including the EHS Gensuite system
Participate and Lead Teams – Framework 2.0
Assist in continual development of best practice sharing and communication
Participation in Accident Investigations, Hazard identification and Risk reduction initiatives/ campaigns
Actively participate in environment related initiatives
Collation and reporting of EHS Metrics
Facilitate and Coordinate EHS Training
Essential
Excellent communication skills
PC Literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to lead team
Engineering & Technical experience
Requirement to be flexible to provide EHS support/training across shifts
