Description

The Data Entry Clerk is in the AAR Production Control Department. This is mainly clerical with data entry, filing, and auditing of paperwork. This is in an office environment with 4-5 other coworkers in this office. It takes about one-two weeks to get trained in the roll and this will be done by the head of this department and during normal shift hours (8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday). The head of the department is Charlie who will be conducting the interviews. $17 per hour (7:00am – 3:30pm, Tuesday – Saturday, OT is offered). As far as flexibility, • View and audit maintenance repair updates (maintenance workers will bring cards to the booth that provide updates on repairs) • Data entry in AAR’s StAAR system and United’s system (Maintain and update necessary records within internal and customer ERP systems, including but not limited to SCEPTRE, StAAR, and Concourse) • Filing paperwork • Tally books, stamping, and multi-tasking • Office clerical work • Oversee and support data entry activities throughout all phases of the aircraft maintenance process, including arrival, active maintenance, departure, and post test flight • Conduct audits to ensure all maintenance records, entries, and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies, customer requirements, and FAA regulations • Assist with the preparation and validation of aircraft maintenance packages, tally sheets, and associated forms to support aircraft readiness and release. • Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure all reporting, documentation, and compliance obligations are met. • Track open items, resolve discrepancies or rejections, and ensure completion of all transactions in alignment with company procedures and customers’ expectations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
