Join Norwegian as a Crew Replanner – Keep Flights on Track and Make a Difference
We are looking to strengthen our Operations Control Center (IOCC). IOCC delivers operational services to Norwegian’s Air Operators Certificates (AOC’s) and is a fundamental platform for enabling schedule integrity to deliver an unrivaled product to our customers.
As a Crew Replanner you will join us at our Head Office in Fornebu, Oslo. Your work will consist of monitoring and maintain crew duty plan after they are published every month. Take action when required, ensure that the rosters are re-planned to maintain schedule integrity and to comply with applicable rules and regulations. This includes coordination of crew and planning of the individual flights to ensure an efficient and profitable operation.
As Crew Replanner, you will work in close cooperation with the other departments in the crew chain. The position reports to the Manager Crew Control & Replanning. Working hours are daytime, where some shift work may occur.

In this role you will be responsible for:
As Crew Replanner, your work will consist of monitoring and maintain crew duty plan after they are published every month. This includes coordination of crew and planning of the individual flights to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. As Crew Replanner, you will work in close cooperation with the other departments in the crew chain. The position reports to the Manager Crew Control & Replanning.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- Experience in the Aviation or Transportation industry, preferably related to Operation Control Center or planning of crew.
- Knowledge or experience with crew scheduling system is an advantage.
- Knowledge about applicable rules and regulations within the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English - written and spoken
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders and efficiently communicate and present complex topics.
- Analytical skills related to process and value chain systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and structured
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand complex software systems.
- High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently.
