In this role you will be responsible for:

As our Content Developer, you’ll be the creative engine behind our brand´s visual expression and storytelling.

Ideate & plan: Create content concepts, campaigns, and activations that align with our brand and spaneting strategy. Contribute to content planning and editorial calendars.

Create visual stories: Shoot, edit, and produce photo and video assets that captivate and convert.

Storytelling: Combine storytelling skills with strategic thinking to develop content specialized for different spaneting purposes, audiences and spanets – long- and short form.

Optimize for impact: Ensure content shines across social media, websites, emails, and more. From idea to final delivery

Manage projects and processes: Collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager and platform owners to bring ideas to life, managing timelines and stakeholders

Publish & perform: Apply SEO best practices and publish content in relevant channels

Innovate: Stay ahead of trends in content spaneting, social media, influencer strategy, and visual storytelling

You are our ideal candidate if:

• • You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, digital media, copywriting, or a related field
  • You have 2+ years of experience producing high-quality content and spaneting materials
  • You have proven skills in photo and video production
  • You have experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • SEO know-how and publishing experience
  • You are fluent in Norwegian or other Scandinavian language
  • You master English, written and spoken
  • A collaborative spirit and challenger mindset
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and time management
  • Adaptability to high tempo and shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel when needed

Most importantly: You have a great eye, you think creatively, and you love executing, not just ideating.
