As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Charter Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Calgary, Alberta. Join us and be a part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in aviation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing CMA’s clients with the highest level of customer service by providing charter quotes, bookings, and coordinating all charter logistics. This position reports directly to the Charter Services Supervisor and indirectly to the Director, Charter Services.
Answer incoming calls and emails
Communicate Charter advisory emails with customers and company operations
Prepare charter quotes
Coordinate charter logistics, assist with operations, and liaise between company operations and clients.
Monitor the progress of all active charters from beginning to end, while anticipating any issues during the flight, and communicate all important updates to the client and Systems Operation Control Centre.
Act as a liaison between the client and the Systems Operation Control Centre.
Actively update the client during irregular operation (IRROPS) events and support the Systems Operation Control Centre for IRROP recovery planning.
Promote a culture of safety

High school diploma
Minimum two years’ experience in an office setting and two years in customer service
The ability to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience and/or knowledge of airline operations is considered an asset.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Airport Identification Card (RAIC)
Must be flexible to work shift work including early morning, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
Monday – Friday: 4:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Ability to work under tight time constraints, under pressure, with the ability to manage priorities and conflicting demands
