What You’ll Do
As a Configuration & Data Management Coordinator, you will:

Control, register, and release key technical and non-technical data.

Maintain the integrity, traceability, and auditability of business records.

Perform completeness and accuracy checks across data sets.

Support project and product teams with configuration tasks.
-
Record configuration baselines and identify gaps or omissions.
-
Manage archival of obsolete data and assist with legacy data migration.
-
Work within core business systems (Windchill and IFS—experience helpful, not essential).

Coordinate change control meetings and prepare accurate minutes.

Track change progress and proactively support teams to keep processes moving.

Promote best practice and process adherence across the business.

Background/Qualifications:
