SAS Link focuses on smaller routes, taking our customers to our main hubs so they continue their journey onwards. We are now recruiting a new Crew Manager to be based in Copenhagen. The Crew Manager will be the leader of both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew for Link & Connect, reporting to the Managing Director of Crew Services.
A Crew Manager is a vital part of SAS’ leadership and acts as the first line leader to motivate, guide, support and follow up on our excellent pilots and cabin crew. The market is tough, and the competition has increased, thus it is of outmost importance that we continue to deliver the industrys best customer service on board, of course with Safety as our priority.
Through strong leadership, communication, cooperation and trust you must ensure excellent working conditions for our Crew to achieve the high goals within Safety & Customer Satisfaction.
You must provide Crew with insights and understanding of SASs business, commercial offering, and objectives building culture and securing a can-do mindset, going an extra mile for our customers.
Your main workplace will be at Copenhagen Airport.
We are looking for an individual who preferably has previous experience within the aviation industry and have aviation management experience, as in a similar role.
Our corporate language is English, but we do appreciate if you master one of the Scandinavian languages as well.
