Are you ready to be part of an exciting and dynamic team at Keflavík Airport? Icelandair is hiring Baggage Hall Agents for spring 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Aircraft Services – Baggage Hall. These positions focus on baggage handling inside of the baggage hall and other essential airport operations to ensure a seamless experience for our passengers.
These temporary positions offer the possibility of becoming permanent. Work in a multinational workplace with flexible, shift-based hours.
We place great emphasis on teamwork and effective communication skills to guarantee our passengers a positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Sorting and handling baggage in the baggage hall
- Managing baggage transfers and ensuring accurate routing
- Ensuring efficient and safe loading/unloading of bags
- Assisting with preparations for aircraft arrivals and departures
- Maintaining a clean and organized baggage hall environment
- Providing general support and performing other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Valid driving license
- Forklift license desirable but not required
- Good English skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Clean criminal record
