Description
Assemble UAVs for DOD customers.
• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring, and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
health insurance, 401K plan, vacation days, paid holidays and sick leave. You will be eligible to the employer’s match under the Company’s 401K plan after you have completed 6 full months of employment with the Company.
(c) Paid Time-Off: You will be eligible to earn up to fifteen (15) days of paid vacation per calendar year, which will accrue monthly on a pro-rata basis. Vacation days not used in a specific year can be accumulated for use in future years up to a maximum of ten (10) days in total.
