Now Hiring Electronic Assemblers in Tampa, FL As an Electronic Assembler, you’ll be a key part of our production team, responsible for building and assembling electronic components for Military grade drones.
Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and units using schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Performing hand soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
- Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting basic assembly or component issues.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area.
- Working closely with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read basic schematics, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
- Steady hands and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using hand tools and small assembly equipment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.75 - $26.75/hr.
