As an Electronic Assembler, you’ll be a key part of our production team, responsible for building and assembling electronic components for Military grade drones.

Your day‑to‑day work will include:

• Assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and units using schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Performing hand soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• Inspecting finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting basic assembly or component issues.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area.
• Working closely with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking ForIndividuals with IPC-A-610 certification (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) is a must!

• Experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read basic schematics, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
• Steady hands and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools and small assembly equipment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.

• Stable, full‑time opportunity with consistent hours.

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $26.75/hr.
