Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelors degree in spaneting, advertising, design or equivalent experience/training
• 5+ years experience in an advertising creative agency or internal creative team, loyalty division, B2C spaneting role with a focus on creative development
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• 1-2 years of leading a team or being responsible for team performance
• Knowledge of paid media channels and KPIs
• Ability to manage third-party partners and gain project alignment
• Ability to foster collaboration between teams of spaneting managers, strategists, and agencies
• Experience leading a creative agency planning for yearly business objectives
• Assists in creating and managing budgets
• Provides strategic recommendations on ways to deliver value with a creative agency
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
• Familiar with guiding creative development from concept through production across multiple channels: digital, social, TV, OOH, print, radio, etc
• Proven experience in brand management, creative campaign execution, and agency management.
• Develops creative briefs and executes on delivering quality assets that meet spaneting and communication goals
• Experience with visual design, influencing creative direction and fostering consistency with brand standards
• Top-notch written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent project management skills
