• Manage the planning, analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning materials.
• Responsible that the training strategy is implemented to the required compliance and industry standards.
• Govern and communicate progress, mitigate risks, and successes effectively.

How to thrive in this role?
- You have a Bachelor degree in HR, Adult Learning, Quality Assurance, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in a regulated, manufacturing and/or service centre environment.
- You have experience developing learning solutions in a quality-controlled environment.
- You are a high performer with the ability to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, proactively problem solve and challenge the status quo.
- You possess excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an organized and structured manner with minimal supervision.
