Key Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Lead to drive Subsidiaries HRMS Transformation project delivery
- Plan, design, review and govern all technical tasks in the project with all relevant Cathay IMT standards
- Capture and communicate business directions, challenges and requirementsto drive business process re-engineering and standardization
- Recommend the best practice, conceptualise and propose solution approaches to achieve solution transformation
- Lead Solution Analysts to work closely with internal teams and external vendors to achieve on-time delivery
- Lead team collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve all project activities
- Manage system cutover with data migration
- On call support might be required upon project need
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline
- 6+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to solution definition, system analysis, system testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with a change mindset
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and resources planning
- Proven experience in supporting HR related systems and business users management
- Experience in HR System Development Projects or knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
- Exposure to business process re-engineering is a plus
