Raytheon - Advance Products & Solution (APS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) - (Senior Manager, Program Management) to manage an international product area within the Radio Frequency Solutions (ARS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position will manage the sustainment of a portfolio of radar systems through all phases of the program life cycle from proposal through execution to closure.
LOCATION: Onsite role required in Warner Robins, GA (preferred) or El Segundo, CA
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management while working with diverse US and international teams
Support all phases of the program life cycle from proposal through implementation to closure
Travel, up to 25, to participate in domestic and international business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates
Work closely with aircraft manufacturers, US and international government representatives, and in country business partners
Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer
Manage cost, schedule, scope, operational security and customer interface activities
Coordinate and comply with applicable Export/Import regulations as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
10 years minimum experience in Program Management or a relevant discipline (such as Project Management, Supply Chain Ownership, Material Program Management, Cost Account Manager or Integrated Product Team Lead)
Experience with development and application of integrated master plan and schedules
Experience working with Earned Value and Risk and Opportunity management practices
Experience managing and working within a production program/environment to include product manufacturing and test
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience supporting international programs
Experience working Performance Based Logistics military sustainment programs
Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results
Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships
Strong communication, dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn on the job, and a committed to being an active participant in our team and customer focused culture
Demonstrated results creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
Experience working with U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) primes, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners and other customers on government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external
Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs
Aptitude, attitude and interest in international business, various contracting methods, and working with diverse US and international teams
Experience with Project applications

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
