As Senior Manager, Property Management, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed in compliance with all Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and federal regulations. The manager will oversee a team of experienced professionals executing property management activities at the El Segundo, CA and San Diego, CA sites. This position requires working onsite at the El Segundo, CA location.
The manager will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct presentations, participate and lead project teams, develop and implement process improvement, and collaborate across the organization to achieve timely integrated results. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for career and succession development of team members to ensure talent depth and career opportunities for all. Please note this is not a real estate position and does not relate to any activity associated with real estate management.
What You Will Do:
Achieve and maintain DCMA property system approvals for all assigned CAGE codes.
Plan, lead and/or facilitate property management system audits at assigned sites in coordination with DCMA.
Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure government property management activity adheres to the FAR, DFARS, or NASA FAR Supplements, as applicable.
Responsible for direct communication with internal audit functions and all external customer audits.
Accountable to enforce compliance to applicable Raytheon property management policy and procedures.
Drive team performance, provide all necessary training & development, and ensure the effective utilization of all property management systems and tools.
Apply CORE principles to recommend and lead successful changes that will enable improved compliance and a leaner operation.
Utilize expert knowledge of property management to effectively communicate and influence action with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a career succession plan.
Comprehend, analyze and interpret contractual requirements and regulations.
Solve complex issues and establish solutions to enhance the overall performance of the job function.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Experience as a team lead, people manager and/or role that requires completing performance reviews, making hiring decisions.
Experience performing customer audits.
Experience developing root cause analysis, containment and corrective action plans, and executing corrective actions.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience leading successful PMSA audits and interacting on a regular basis with DCMA.
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years relevant experience.
SAP experience or other property management system experience.
Practical experience in all 10 property outcomes and 22 elements of property management.
NPMA certified
Six Sigma certified or Industry equivalent.

The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
