PURPOSE
This role supports the Technology & Engineering Marketing & Communications team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications. You will plan and deliver integrated spaneting initiatives that amplify T&E’s strategy, strengthen brand presence, and engage both internal and external audiences.
As a Marketing Generalist, you will execute campaigns across multiple channels and formats, working closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure communications are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact at a global level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel spaneting campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
Develop high-impact content strategies and narratives for internal and external audiences, including thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
Oversee spaneting planning and delivery, managing calendars, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCEDegree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field — or equivalent professional experience supported by relevant certifications.
5-7 years’ experience in spaneting operations, corporate communications, product spaneting, PR/journalism, or agency roles (English required).
