Job Title: RMA Manufacturing ManagerJob DescriptionThe RMA Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end repair and RMA value stream. This role ensures predictable throughput, precise tracking, and streamlined processes. The position requires standardizing and documenting operational workflows for product intake, repair status, cost-to-repair evaluations, and quality outcomes. The manager will drive cross-functional coordination to enhance flow and eliminate bottlenecks, assess current systems and data architecture, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize system performance.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end repair and RMA value stream.
- Standardize and document operational workflows for product intake, repair status, and quality outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with various teams to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Assess systems and data architecture to identify gaps and failure points.
- Collaborate with third-party developers and internal teams to optimize systems.
- Troubleshoot process and workflow issues focusing on systemic root causes.
- Develop and present recommendations for new tools, workflow redesigns, and system upgrades.
