The RMA Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end repair and RMA value stream. This role ensures predictable throughput, precise tracking, and streamlined processes. The position requires standardizing and documenting operational workflows for product intake, repair status, cost-to-repair evaluations, and quality outcomes. The manager will drive cross-functional coordination to enhance flow and eliminate bottlenecks, assess current systems and data architecture, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize system performance.

The pay range for this position is $165000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
