In the role of Production Supervisor, Material Handling, youll play a pivotal part on our Production team. The Production Supervisor, Material Handling will manage the daily manufacturing order kitting activities for a Facility.

This position contributes to our vision by:
1.tSupervise all relevant employees in the MO kitting department
2.tManage and optimize the receipt, movement, storage, and presentation to line of material to support production
3.tImplement best practices regarding material traceability, visual management, and part protection

Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree or equivalent additional experience (+ 2 years)
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of material handling experience.
Computer Skills:
•\tExperience working with MRP/ERP systems
•\tProficiency with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Other Skills:
•\tBroad knowledge of the field with proven management skills.
•\tEffective oral and written communications skills
•\tDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
•\tProblem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
•\tStrong written and verbal business communications abilities, must be comfortable delivering information to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
•\tWorking knowledge of business finance skills and abilities.

•\tBS/BA
•\tDangerous Goods certification
•\tLeadership experience
•\tContinuous Improvement skills (Six Sigma Green Belt, etc.…)
•\tExperience working with aviation manufacturing components including FAA standards and regulations
