Job Responsibilities
- Build and lead a highly engaged team; ensure they have what they need to be successful; and keep them safe in order to deliver the highest quality aerospace transparencies on time to our customers.

- Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff to insure that the manufacture and control of parts, products, and materials conform to established quality and production standards.
- Lead teams to understand and achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
- Execute Daily Management and Standardized Work through Leader Standard Work.
- Be open and honest in performance appraisals, supporting and coaching individuals to close performance gaps.
- Provide opportunities for team members to leverage their strengths and pursue personal development.
- Ensure a safety-first mindset and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders for optimal performance outcomes.
- Drive team engagement and follow through on engagement actions.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Export Control regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of production supervision experience.
- Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience supervising and leading production personnel.
- Experience leading teams in a unionized environment.
- Potential to lead, engage, train, and develop direct reports.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
- Aerospace supply chain experience.
- Passion for the aerospace industry.
Compensation Data
Compensation Range: $85,153.00 - $106,441.00
