RedQ, which is short for RedQuarters, encompasses an area of 18,000 sq m, housing more than 2,000 AirAsia employees, or Allstars as we call them.
Product Manager
Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership & Strategy
Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure products (e.g., Google,AWS,Microsoft).
Partner with business units and IT leadership to align infrastructure investments with business priorities and digital transformation goals.
Maintain a product with clear value propositions, SLAs, and cost transparency for each product.
2. Stakeholder & Service Management
Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders regarding infrastructure services and their performance.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and enhancement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure service reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Monitor service quality and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements where needed.
3. Financial & Vendor Management
Develop and manage service budgets, chargeback models, and cost optimization plans.
Track total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) for infrastructure initiatives.
Manage contracts and vendor relationships for infrastructure solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance targets
4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Gather feedback from end users and IT stakeholders to guide enhancements to infrastructure services.
Promote standardization, automation, and modernization initiatives (e.g., hybrid cloud, self-service provisioning, AI-driven monitoring).
Introduce metrics-driven management — uptime, performance, SLA compliance, and service adoption.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of solid working experience in the related fields.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, ability to multitask, interact with all levels of users, team player, fast learner.
Knowledge and working experiences in the following:
Microsoft Products (Windows Server,Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSFC)
Cloud Computing (Google, AWS, Alibaba)
Database technologies (MSSQL Always On, RDS)
Web Technology (CDN, WAF)
SSL Certificate management and lifecycle.
Data Backup.
DNS Management and concepts.
