As an Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will overseethe operations of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business in Dayton,OH. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficientfunctioning of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will report directly to our Plant Director and work outof our Dayton, OH, location on a Full-time Onsite schedule.
As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team ofsupervisors and professionals who are manufacturing Honeywells world-classinnovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experienceand skills to lead some of the worlds most talented production teams. You willuse your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, andexceptional quality in one of Honeywells first responder productionfacilities. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you willprioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, youwill coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies todeliver high-impact business results.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years experience in ISC or manufacturing
