We are looking for a Market Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
The Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive Aeromexico’s profitable growth (mainly) in the UK / IRE spanet. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic travel trade partners as well as global and local corporate accounts, with the objective of securing and growing premium revenues.
The Market Manager will also play a key role in strengthening B2B presence, increasing spanet share, and ensuring full alignment with the company’s global revenue and profitability objectives.

Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- Understanding of fare and and distribution channels
- Willing to travel.
- Represent Aeromexico at trade events, workshops and FAM trips.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with key agency and corporate accounts
- Oversee contract performance and ensure target achievement
- Analyze spanet share and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct sales visits to develop relationships and new business.
- Support senior leadership in executing corporate strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the (UK) airline / travel industry.
Experience working with:
- Reporting to Country Manager UK/IRE & Benelux.
- Document activity in Salesforce
- Cross-functional teams to align sales, spaneting, and revenue initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
