You will acquire great Crewmembers who have the talent and commitment to perform successfully or better, contribute to JSXs growth and success, and have potential to continue to grow their careers with JSX. You will manage entry compensation to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. You will ensure that all jobs in JSX are powerfully defined to capture purpose, outcomes, performance measures and competencies as the foundation for effective talent acquisition, compensation, performance and development. You will build a talent plan for all JSX job groups that forecasts future needs based on projected growth and turnover and use the talent plan dynamically to build a talent pipeline on a planned vs reactive basis to execute our business strategy. You will also ensure all JSX talent acquisition processes attract and build the diversity of our crew, are legally compliant and effective and that all reporting requirements are met.

Fine Print

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field (essential requirement)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and other HR functions (essential requirement)
  • 2+ years of managerial/leadership experience (essential requirement)
  • M.S. or MBA in HR, Business, or related field (essential requirement)
  • Knowledge of ATS design and use to source candidates, manage processes, and measure effectiveness (essential requirement)
  • Use of social media, other non-traditional and traditional channels (e.g., colleges, job fairs) to generate candidate flow (essential requirement)
  • Expertise in effective selection methods (design and use): behavioral interviews, assessment tools, etc. (essential requirement)
  • Ability to build and use a comprehensive talent plan to anticipate and meet JSXs forecasted talent needs, when needed (essential requirement)
  • Knowledge of employment branding, how to align with vision, values, and consumer brand (essential requirement)
  • Willing to travel up to 20 of the time (essential requirement)
  • Experience with the use of all Microsoft applications including Email, Word, Excel, Teams, Calendar, etc. (essential requirement)
