Synopsis
The Manager Cargo iQ is effectively a Product Owner of IATA Cargo iQ and related quality standards: defining, prioritizing and evaluating the work related to the IATA Cargo iQ quality standard, the Delivered-As-Promised (DAP) performance indicator and customer and service specific standards, to ensure faultless feature development, functionality and quality of the products.

Accountabilities
Accountable for operational performance measurement, predominantly based on, but not limited to the IATA CargoiQ milestone methodology.
Accountable to maintain Etihad Cargo’s IATA CargoiQ certification at all times, lead re-certifications and address any findings and observations to maintain compliance.
Responsible for managing all cargo offsets, ensuring offsets are up-to-date and accurate at all times. This includes but is not limited to CargoiQ offsets under CDMP, customer and service provider specific offsets under respective Service Level Agreements.
Ownership of Etihad Cargo’s key performance matrix Delivered As Promised [DAP], ensuring the KPI is well maintained at all times, applicable reports and dashboards are maintained and made available to all relevant stakeholders (internal & external) and accuracy of data is safeguarded.
Act as the main point of contract to provide guidance, clarification and subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders around CargoiQ and Delivered As Promised [DAP] performance and methodology.
Accountable for the continuous development, implementation and enhancement of industry standards and initiatives, such as but not limited to IATA e-AWB, e-freight, OneRecord, e-CSD and/or the implementation of additional milestones under CargoiQ .
Representing Etihad at appropriate trade and regulatory engagements and working groups related to messaging compliance, data quality and IATA/industry initiatives.
Accountable for continuously improve data integrity of operational data and active engagement with internal and external stakeholders, creating awareness, transferring knowledge across cargo departments and further improve operational performance.
Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate operational safety and security-related risks, through effective evaluation and decision-making based on conditions, hazards and threats.
Escalate medium or higher-level risks to appropriate senior management executive level personnel.
Education & Experience
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Admin or relevant areas
Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience in airline or ground handling operations, Cargo operations being preferred, with at least 3 of these years were in a supervisory/management capacity.
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
