As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in hunting for key accounts and driving revenue growth for our material handling solutions. Your expertise in building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions will contribute to the companys success and market guidance. The ideal candidate will live on the West Coast of the US and will require about 50 travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to account managers and sales teams

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $110k-140k.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110k-140k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to travel 50 of the time

WE VALUE

  • Sales experience in material handling solutions, control systems, or automated systems
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
